Sheets with Adhesive

Film Conversion

In the lamination process two or more substrates are joined together using an adhesive that is compatible with both films. These adhesives may be “solvent” types that are dissolved in an organic solvent before application or a liquid adhesive that doesn’t require the use of solvents (solventless).
Our lines of sheets have been equipped with developers for each of the substrates; controlled solvent application units; a rotary press that performs the lamination process and a rolling unit for sheet structures.
The lamination process grants certain properties to the sheet structure such as improved mechanical properties, barriers against humidity and gas, high thermal resistance, chemical resistance, high performing sealability, printing protection and shiny or matte imagery.
